At the end of a long day in the field, there’s nothing better than coming back to a warm, comfortable place to relax—and that’s exactly what our waterfront lodge offers.
Nestled privately right on the edge of a refuge lake in the middle of the prairie pothole region of Central Saskatchewan, the lodge sleeps 8 guests comfortably and features all the amenities to make your stay easy and enjoyable.

With cable TV, high-speed Wi-Fi, a fully equipped kitchen, and cozy common areas, it’s a great place to unwind, share stories, and get ready for the next hunt. We also provide on-site kennels to keep your dogs safe and comfortable.
Evenings here are something special. You can watch waterfowl settle onto the lake just steps from the lodge, and on clear nights, there’s a good chance you’ll catch a glimpse of the northern lights dancing overhead. Whether you're here for the first time or returning for another season, our lodge is more than just a place to sleep—it’s part of what makes the Dark Star experience unforgettable.
